Falcons Battle to Runner-Up Finish at Franklin Holiday Tournament

Gerstell opened December 19 at Severn in a thrilling overtime battle, falling 63-57 despite a standout scoring effort. The squad responded at the Franklin Holiday Tournament with a commanding 70-33 win over Reservoir, showcasing depth and defensive intensity. In the final against McKinley Tech (D.C.), Gerstell led at halftime but narrowly dropped a 43-40 decision. Competitive edge and strong individual contributions set the tone for the second half of the season.
