At Gerstell Academy, we believe that mastering executive functioning is a critical foundation for leadership. The Keiser Organizational Support (OS) Program directly aligns with our leadership model, empowering Upper School students to become self-confident, independent learners. Grounded in resilience, self-awareness, and personal responsibility, the OS Program helps students take true ownership of their academic journey.
Key Services Offered
We help students build the skills they need not only to manage school demands, but to lead their own learning.
  • Comprehensive Organization & Time Management: Practical guidance on managing project timelines, study habits, physical organization, and task prioritization.
  • Accountability & Proactive Planning: Regular check-ins to monitor progress, manage responsibilities across all classes, and build proactive habits.
  • A Collaborative Approach to Success: We bridge the gap between students, instructors, teachers, and parents to streamline communication and schedule targeted academic support.

Monday – Thursday from 3:05-3:45 (sports practices begin at 4:00)

Dedicated, current Gerstell teachers who know the curriculum, the community, and how to support independent learning within a small-group environment.​​

Consistent attendance and proactive communication regarding any planned absences.
Annual Tuition
$1,800 per year

Eligibility
The OS Program is designed for Upper School students with documented or scheduled psychoeducational testing that identifies individual learning needs, such as ADHD or other executive functioning challenges.
