Tuition and Financial Aid

Gerstell Academy offers need-based financial aid to families of students in Pre-kindergarten through Grade 12 who have been accepted for enrollment.

While funding is limited, financial aid is available across all divisions- Lower, Middle and Upper school. Priority consideration is given to current Gerstell families, and we encourage any family with demonstrated need to apply. Please note that in order to assist as many families as possible, Gerstell Academy is unable to grant financial aid requests for full tuition.

To apply for financial aid please complete the Financial Aid Form. and submit it along with your most recent 1040 Tax Form to faid@gerstell.org.

Important Deadlines:

• For current families: The financial aid application deadline for the 2026-2027 school year is December 15, 2025. Award decisions will be included in your child's re-enrollment contract issued on the last Friday in January.

• For new families:  Please submit your financial aid application along with your application materials. Financial aid award letters for new Gerstell families will be posted with the acceptance letter and contract so that you will have all of the information you need in order to make the best decision possible for your child.

Financial aid awards are granted for one academic year at a time only and requests are considered on a yearly basis. We ask that the formal application and financial documentation accompany each request, and we do not guarantee that future requests will be granted.

We kindly ask that families will maintain the confidentiality of their awards. Awards may be withdrawn for failure to comply.
