Health and Wellness

A full-time registered nurse is on duty in the Health Suite, located on the first floor of the Robert E. Smith Hall, from 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. on school days to take care of students' needs as they arise during the day.
To ensure the health and safety of all students, our school requires specific health forms based on grade level and individual medical needs. Lower School students must submit a Health Inventory and an Immunization Record. Additionally, younger grades (Pre-K-1st grade) are required to undergo lead testing. Middle and Upper School students must provide a Preparticipation Physical Evaluation and Immunization Record. Students with medical conditions such as allergies, asthma, diabetes, or seizures must complete an Emergency Action Plan relevant to their condition. A Medication Administration Form must also be submitted if a student requires daily medication. These forms are essential for us to provide the necessary support and care for all students throughout the school year.
