The Boys Varsity Soccer team opened the regular season with a strong 3–0 victory over Beth Tfiloh. Freshman Simon Oluyemi, Senior Captain Malcolm Hoar, and Senior Darren Fling each scored a goal, while Davis Quenzer contributed two assists and Colton Smith added one. The team’s offense was sharp and well-coordinated, and the defense held firm throughout the match. Preston Harris anchored the back line with a clean sheet, recording five saves in goal. It was a confident and well-rounded performance to kick off the season.
On Friday, September 5th, the Boys Varsity Soccer team traveled to North County to compete in a highly anticipated tournament. The team showed tremendous effort and determination, battling hard throughout the entire match. Despite their resilience and teamwork, they narrowly fell short, losing 1-0 in a closely contested game.
