Gerstell Boys Soccer Show Strength in Back-to-Back Matches

The Falcons battled Liberty to a hard-fought 0–0 draw, enduring two intense 10-minute overtime periods.  Both teams exchanged scoring chances in a fast-paced contest, but neither side could find the breakthrough. It was a true test of grit, resilience, and endurance and the boys rose to meet the challenge.

On Monday, September 15th, the Boys Varsity Soccer team bounced back in commanding fashion with a 5–0 win over Key School. The Falcons delivered a complete team performance, showing strength on both offense and defense. Multiple players contributed assists, highlighting the squad’s unselfish play and coordination. The defense held firm, keeping Key School scoreless throughout the match. A standout moment came when Mark Vaysman scored his first career goal for the program. It was a well-earned victory that showcased the team’s depth, energy, and determination.
