Position Overview:
Gerstell Academy seeks a Varsity Girls Basketball Assisant Coach for the 2025-26 Winter season. Gerstell will compete in the IAAM B-Conference in 2025.  This position reports regularly to the Director of Athletics and is a paid stipend position. The basketball season runs from November 3 through the middle of February with practices daily, either 4:00-6:00pm or 6:00-8:00pm depending on gym availability.

Preferred Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have experience coaching and/or playing at the high school or college level, or club level coach with strong written and oral communication skills. Have a background in building connections within the club and local basketball community and have the ability to mentor and motivate student-athletes on and off the court.
