Gerstell Academy’s 30th Birthday!

We had an absolutely fantastic time on Wednesday, celebrating Gerstell Academy’s 30th Birthday! Students from all three divisions came out of uniform and brought toys and books to support Toys for Tots, filling the day with generosity and school spirit. The afternoon Pep Rally set the tone with loud cheers, excitement, and an incredible sense of community.

After school, everyone enjoyed free ice cream from The Cow, generously provided by our wonderful Parents Association, GAPA, who also arranged for food trucks to offer delicious afternoon treats. Our Upper School Honor Societies and Student Government hosted fun activities for children outside the stadium, adding even more energy to the celebration.

Meanwhile, our Girls’ Lacrosse Team took on Annapolis Area Christian School and claimed a decisive victory. At halftime, the entire stadium joined together to sing “Happy Birthday,” led by Music Department Chair, Mrs. Jenna Daly—a truly heartwarming moment.

It was a spectacular day to honor a spectacular school. And the celebration isn’t over—the festivities continue on May 9th at our 30th Anniversary Gala, proudly sponsored by the Gerstell Academy Alumni Association.
