The fourth grade classes completed their study of Europe in the Middle Ages with a Medieval Feast and Celebration. Each fourth grade student chose an important historical figure or a famous literary character from Medieval times. The students persevered and worked to reach their full potential by researching their chosen character and writing a speech as that character. On the day of the feast, they Instructed others by presenting their speech to a rapt audience of parents, teachers, and administrators. Students also made productive use of their time, talents, and treasures as they worked in groups to create their castle projects. The students were resourceful as they researched life in a Medieval castle so that they could create elaborate dioramas, entertaining videos, and artistic brochures. Mrs. Beth Linsenmeyer and Mrs. Megan Kush are incredibly proud of the outstanding work of their fourth grade students!
