Summer Adventures Thrive at Gerstell Academy!

One of the most popular offerings was Camp Eclectic, where campers explored an exciting mix of activities including arts, games, science experiments, outdoor adventures, and team-building experiences. Led by long time Guidance Counselor and coach, Mr. Dan Gourley, the camp's diverse programming ensured that every day brought something new and exciting for participants. Mr. Gourley shared that “all of the activities are completely challenge by choice. “We highly encourage campers to participate in every activity that helps them to reach their full potential.” 

Another standout favorite was Culby’s Cake Camp, where aspiring bakers learned the art of cake decorating and baking. Under the direction of lower school faculty member Ms. Tina Culbertson, campers enjoyed hands-on instruction while creating delicious treats, developing culinary skills, and expressing their creativity through colorful designs and confections. 

Other camps included LEGO Camp, STEM Camp, as well as camps with an academic and leadership focus. Middle School Prep for Success Camp helped students work on confidence building as well as academic success. The coaches were also present for baseball, lacrosse, soccer and volleyball camps! 
From exploring new passions to making lasting friendships, Gerstell's summer camps provided memorable experiences for campers of all ages. The energy, enthusiasm, and joy seen throughout the summer reflected Gerstell Academy's commitment to creating enriching opportunities that inspire learning beyond the classroom.
