For families who are new to Gerstell, the financial aid application should be submitted during the admissions process. Financial aid and admissions decisions are communicated at the same time. Admissions decisions are made without regard for the family’s individual financial circumstance.
Returning families should re-apply each year. Applications are due on the day preceding winter break (mid-December).
Contracts are posted on the portal for a designated period of time for families to review, sign and submit the enrollment contract. Each signer will need a separate email address to log in and sign.
For new to Gerstell families, please look for a system invitation from Blackbaud which will enable you to log in and view the contract.
Please note that the 10% enrollment deposit along with the campus facilities fee is due upon signing.
