In this workshop, you’ll dive into strengths‑ and values‑based assessments that reveal what you do best, how you naturally lead, and what truly motivates you. Using what you discover, you’ll explore exciting career paths and start shaping possible “career prototypes” to test out as you imagine your future.

By the end, you’ll have a clearer sense of who you are, what you bring to a team, and how to start building a future that plays to your strengths—in school, in leadership roles, and beyond.
