Ready to step up as a leader who takes action and actually makes things happen?

In this workshop, you’ll learn how to use human‑centered design—a creative problem‑solving approach used by innovators globally—to tackle a real challenge in your community.

You’ll learn how to:

Talk to people in your school and community and understand their needs through stakeholder research
Build realistic personas to guide your ideas
Map out experiences with journey maps
Work with others to co‑design solutions that are thoughtful, practical, and impactful

By the end, you’ll have skills that set you apart as a leader who knows how to turn ideas into meaningful action—and you’ll walk away with experience that looks great on resumes, applications, and portfolios.
