Polina has the opportunity to take her linguistic abilities to an entirely different level as she studies abroad in the spring semester of 2020. The Universidad de Alcalá welcomes many international students each year – among them our own Spanish Department Chairperson, Sra. Meghan Hipple, who earned her master’s degree from the University in 2013.

 

While attending Gerstell Academy, Polina climbed to and successfully completed AP Spanish Language and Culture, served as Vice President of the Spanish Honor Society, earned numerous honors on national assessments, and won both travel and monetary scholarships in recognition of her accomplishments.
