This multi-sport program was developed to give girls ages five to twelve a positive first step into athletics. The essentials of basketball, softball, pickleball, field hockey, volleyball, tennis, lacrosse, and soccer are taught in a safe, structured environment with lots of encouragement and a big focus on fun.  Activities are designed to allow campers to explore balance, movement, hand-eye coordination and skill development at their own pace.  Campers learn leadership, teamwork, and good sportsmanship from experienced coaches and junior counselors.  We encourage team spirit through games, water sprinklers, cheers, choreograph a little dance, and craft time.  Campers learn to enjoy sports in a positive and supportive environment.
