Financial Aid

Gerstell Academy offers need-based financial aid to families of well-qualified students in grades pre-kindergarten through 12. Funding is limited but available for lower, middle and upper school financial aid applicants. Preference is given to current Gerstell families, and we encourage any family with a demonstrated need to apply for aid. In the interest of serving as many families as possible, please know that Gerstell is not able to grant financial aid requests for full tuition.
To apply for financial aid through Gerstell Academy, please fill out the Financial Aid Form and attach your latest 1040 Tax Form. For current families: The financial aid application deadline for the 2018-2019 school year is December 15, 2017. For new families: applying with the rolling admissions deadline, the financial aid applications are due with the application materials. Financial aid award letters for new Gerstell families will be mailed with the acceptance letter and contract so that you will have all of the information you need in order to make the best decision possible for your child. Decisions about financial aid for current Gerstell families will be mailed in time for families to meet the re-enrollment contract due date.
Financial aid packages are offered for the upcoming academic year only; decisions are renewed on a yearly basis. We ask that the formal application and financial documentation accompany each request, and we do not guarantee that future requests will be granted. We expect that families will respect the confidentiality of their awards. Awards may be withdrawn for failure to comply.
For questions please contact Mary Ann Zito, Associate Director of Admissions,, or by telephone at 410-861-4400.
