Posted 11/06/2017 08:48AM
Gerstell Academy Second Grade students presented the Hubble telescope in conjunction with Gerstell Academy Leadership Principle #10 "Humble yourself before Almighty God and Respect the Divine Nature of Life in the Universe". The students partnered with staff and parents who assisted in the creation of a life-like Hubble telescope, and were able to create a mini-planetarium  in the rotunda of the Robert E.Smith hall on the campus of Gerstell Academy. The leadership circles are held twice- weekly and showcase a variety of Gerstell leadership based curriculum. Student presenters are featured, and students hone their public speaking and presenting skills.
