We would like to express our appreciation to our seniors and their families, who have dedicated their time, talents and treasures to our Athletics program. Their passion, perseverance, and work ethic have set the example for what a Gerstell student-athlete is all about. Gerstell Academy, its coaches, and administration would like to recognize the following:
#1 Christopher Hagan accompanied by his Mom Monica Goodman and Father Christopher Hagan
Chris will be attending Delaware State University where he plans to play baseball and study Sports Management. Chris has been a part of the Varsity Baseball program for 4 years, earned All-MIAA Team honors in his Freshman, Sophomore, and Junior seasons, and was 1st team All-County his junior season. During his junior season he also lead the county in RBI’s, Doubles, and Batting Average. Chris would like to leave his team with the following message: Keep grinding and keep going hard. One day all yours dreams will become a reality.
#7 Logan Satti accompanied by his parents Kelley and Frank Gallagher and sister Piper
Logan will be attending Lebanon Valley College where he plans to study Physical Therapy. Logan has been a part of the Varsity Baseball program for 2 years and was part of the 2019 MIAA B-Conference Championship team. Logan would like to leave his team with the following message: Unfortunately, our season had to come to a standstill this year but I was grateful for the time I got to spend with you guys, even Coach P. Good luck next season and win us another championship.
The coaching staff would like to say the following:
Chris and Logan have been influential pieces in the growth and success of the Gerstell Academy baseball program. They were instrumental in the MIAA Championship run in 2019 and have helped Gerstell baseball grow into a formidable program. Their sense of humor, leadership, work ethic and willingness to put the team first have made them a pleasure to coach. Whether these players are leading by example by supporting their team, playing an unfamiliar position, or coming up with a big hit, Chris and Logan have truly embodied what it means to play baseball for Gerstell Academy.
It has been a pleasure to watch these two young men grow as student-athletes and baseball players. Chris and Logan, you will always have a place in the Falcon baseball dugout and will forever be a part of baseball history at Gerstell. We wish you all of the best in your future endeavors and hope you will come back and visit us.
