Gabby McClelland '13 graduates with honors!

Gabby McClelland '13 graduated with honors in 3 years from Salisbury University with a B.A. in Psychology. She will continue her studies in the Fall of 2017 when she returns to school to pursue her PsyD.


 

Members of the Class of 2012 become college graduates.

Congratulations to some of our soon-to-be college graduates:

Jack Ruth '12 will graduate from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County in May. In September, Jack will enter Stanford University's Chemical Engineering PhD. Program.

Aubry Pressman '12 will graduate from the University of Arizona in May and then begin her career in the fashion industry in New York City in June.

Chet Machamer '12 will graduate from the University of New Hampshire in May and then become a pilot for Endeavor Airlines. In January of 2017, Chet will enter officer school and Air Force flight school.

Meghan Sova '12 will graduate from Elizabethtown College in May and then begin an internship in music therapy at a local hospice center. 

Courtney Stephens '12 will graduate from Drew University in May with a B.A. in Psychology. In the summer, she will travel to Europe with her Drew University basketball team. Courtney hopes to work in psychology or coaching basketball or both.

Lindsay Parker '12 will graduate from Lynchburg University in May with a B.S. in Health Promotion. She is finishing her final lacrosse season with Lynchburg and hoping her team wins their conference. This summer, Lindsay will be interning at the Carroll County Health Department.

Connor Eline '12 will earn his B.A. in Business Administration, with minors in Economics, Marketing, and Sales from High Point University in May. In the Fall, Connor will begin Mortuary School. After earning his degree (in approximately 2 years), he will become the sixth generation of his family to work at Eline Funeral Homes and Monuments.

Jonathan Shuffler '12 will be graduating from Pennsylvania State University in August with a B.S. in Security Risk and Analysis with a focus on Information and Cyber Security. Immediately following graduation, Jonathan will begin work as a security consultant for a provider of IT compliance and security consulting services.

Sam Goldstein '12 will graduate from George Washington University in May with a B.A. in International Affairs with a concerntration in International Development. After graduation, Sam will be moving to Buenos Aires, Argentina to work and pursue his master's degree.

Sarah Balogh '12 will graduate from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County in May with a Bachelor of Social Work. After graduation, Sarah will continue her education at University of Maryland, Baltimore's School of Social Work. She is joining an accelerated program and expects to complete her master's degree in one year. 

 


 

David Warburton '12 earns his B.A. from Loyola University.


Courtney Stephens '12 finishes her final basketball season at Drew University in the record books.

Courtney Stephens graduates eighth all-time in Drew history with 1,142 career points. Stephens had 816 rebounds over the past four years, good for fourth all-time in the program's record book. Stephens' senior year ranked among the best in the Landmark Conference this year. With a .496 field goal percentage, Stephens ranked third in the conference and with nine rebounds per game, ranked fourth.

Gerstell Academy Class of 2014 Alumnus Capitalizes on his Spanish Fluency during Internship to Bolivia

Class of 2014 alumnus and Messiah College sophomore, Andrew Nevin utilized his Spanish fluency to earn the opportunity to complete paid undergraduate research that included a trip to Bolivia to test the efficacy of water filtration systems. While in Bolivia, Andrew was able to hone his Spanish skills even further as he interacted with the local people.

Congratulations to Ben Higgins, Gerstell graduate of the class of 2014, pictured at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, on Sunday, May 25th, 2015 as the Limestone Saints win the Division II lacrosse chamionship.


 

Gerstell Alum Courtney Stephens shows Passion, Talent, and Persistence on the Drew University Basketball Team

Class of 2012 graduate Courtney Stephens has picked up an 11th career double-double and career-high 22 points and 12 rebounds during the game against The Catholic University of America.
