Leadership Circle

Leadership Circles are held twice weekly for students, faculty, and staff. Students in Pre-Kindergarten through Fifth Grade attend and participate in Leadership Circles for approximately thirty minutes before beginning their academics. These assemblies provide students with a visible way to further understand, contemplate, and internalize the Gerstell Motto, Principles, and Leadership Attributes so critical to a Gerstell education. Frequently, Leadership Circles are a culminating activity to demonstrate mastery in a certain subject area.

Students practice their public speaking skills and have the opportunity to improve both listening and comprehension skills.

Students, faculty, and staff are invited to formally present on a variety of topics with the objective of furthering leadership instruction, thereby reinforcing the mission of Gerstell Academy.
