Elaine Shea

Dr. Shea serves as Gerstell Academy's Middle School Science Classroom Leader.

For fifteen years, Dr. Shea taught Freshman Biology, Chemistry, as well as Upper Level Biology and Chemistry courses at Loyola College in Maryland. Dr. Shea brings a wide range of experience both in and out of the classroom.

Dr. Shea strives to bring real world science applications into the classroom, and her students enjoy a variety of hands-on science activities, such as her "trout in the classroom" project.
