Anne Nelson

Anne Nelson serves Gerstell Academy in our Development Office.

Mrs. Nelson has seventeen years in the teaching profession. Prior to joining Gerstell, Mrs. Nelson taught at Friends School and Garrison Forest School. She has also taught at Towson University. Mrs. Nelson has a Bachelors of Science degree in Speech and Drama from Towson University and a Masters degree from Southern Illinois University. She is currently completing her studies for a Masters in Reading from Towson University.

Mrs. Nelson is married to Mitch Nelson, an architect, and they have an 18 year old daughter, Alexandra, attending the University of Maryland. The Nelsons are world travelers, having been to Thailand, Japan, Venezuela, England, Singapore, Greece, Italy, Turkey, Germany, Austria, France, Switzerland, and Canada. The Nelsons reside in Timonium.
