Earl Long

Earl Long serves Gerstell Academy as Middle School English class leader.

Mr. Long joined Gerstell after thirty two years as a teacher, department head, and assistant principal for the Baltimore City School System. A graduate of Towson University, he has done extensive graduate work at The Johns Hopkins University, University of Maryland, Morgan State University, and Loyola College.

Mr. Long served as assistant principal in the Baltimore City Public School system. He also taught English at the Ner Rabbinical College in their high school program.

Mr. Long and his family reside in Carroll County.
