Meghan Kenny

Meghan Kenny teaches Middle School Leadership at Gerstell Academy.

Meghan is a graduate of Kenyon College and Boise State University’s MFA program. She has taught at Towson University, Boise State University, Gotham Writers’ Workshop, for the Idaho Writers-in-the-Schools Program, for the JET Program in Japan, and she held the 2008-2009 Tickner Writing Fellowship at the Gilman School in Baltimore.

She is also a fiction writer and has published stories in literary journals such as Pleiades, The Florida Review, The Iowa Review and The Kenyon Review, has been nominated for two Pushcart Prizes, and was a 2010 Bernard O’Keefe Scholar in Fiction at Bread Loaf Writers’ Conference in Vermont.

Ms. Kenny resides in Carroll County.
