Gvantsa Apkhazava

Gvantsa Apkhazava serves Gerstell Academy as Upper School and Middle School Spanish Teacher.

Mrs. Apkhazava earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish and Political Science from Dickinson College, Carlisle, PA. She began her studies of Spanish in her native Republic of Georgia and attended Universidad de Malaga in Spain. She completed course work towards her Master’s Degree in Spanish Language and Literature from Middlebury College in VT. Additionally, Mrs. Apkhazava speaks five languages and is passionate about languages, cultures and travel.

Mrs. Apkhazava resides in Pennsylvania with her family.
