Dawn Wooden

Dawn Wooden serves Gerstell Academy as one of the Fourth Grade Classroom Leaders.

Mrs. Wooden graduated from the University of Maryland – Baltimore County with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. She went on to earn a Masters degree in Teaching/Elementary Education from the College of Notre Dame of Maryland, and has 10 years of experience in the field of education.

In addition to working as a third grade teacher, Mrs. Wooden has been a Developmental Reading and English instructor for Carroll Community College. She has also worked as a supervisor for student teachers at the University of Maryland.

Mrs. Wooden resides in Carroll County with her family.
